Cancellation Policy for Telephone Consultations (tommiecarter.net)

This cancellation policy applies specifically to telephone consultations offered on this website (tommiecarter.net) and billed to Western Star Group, LLC. It does not apply to any other contractual-based work, such as real estate agreements or agency agreements related to other business transactions.

Services:

  • This policy applies solely to telephone consultations booked through this website.

Cancellation Notice:

  • Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours (two business days) before your scheduled consultation time in Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be eligible for a full refund.

Notification Method:

  • Cancellations must be submitted via email to support@tommiecarter.net. Phone calls or voicemails will not be accepted for cancellation purposes.

Late Cancellations (Less than 48 Hours Notice):

  • Cancellations received less than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation time will not be refunded.

No-Shows:

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled consultation without prior cancellation, the full consultation fee will be due.

Refunds:

  • If you cancel your consultation within the 48-hour window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

Time Zone:

  • Please be mindful that all service times are based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
